5. Uptime & Warrenty

We do not guarantee any uptime of our services. We take backups of our system every hour, and keep them for up to a year. We do not guarantee that content hosted on the services will be retained forever, and we reserve the right to remove any content we decide upon. We recommend that you take backup of important details you keep on our services.

6. Your rights

You have the right to have all data stored about you removed. This includes all data we have about you, data you have uploaded and data you have created. You can do this by going to settings -> Delete Account. Archived data such as backups are stored for up to a year, and will not reflect changes in the live environment. This means that your data will still be kept for up to a year after account deletion.

7. Changes to These Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms of Service, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be filed only in the courts located in Norway and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
