TicketCore Legacy: Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use that information, and how we protect it.

1. Collection of Information

We collect personal information when you register on our website. The types of personal information we collect include your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide us.

We store the following information:

• Username, Email, Password (Hashed & Encrypted)
• Date and time when you registered
• Date and time of when you last used the service
• Tickets you have created, either through the website or via the API
• Notes you have posted in a ticket

2. Use of Information

We use your personal information to provide you with the services you request, such as processing your registration. We may also use your information to improve our services. We will never sell your personal information, ever.

3. GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with GDPR principles. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal information at any time.

• Private information: You can see what data we have about you in settings.
• Tickets: You can see all tickets you have ever created by pressing the "View all tickets" button in the Dashboard.
• Notes: All notes you have written are in the tickets you wrote them in. You can see your notes by pressing the "View all tickets" button in the Dashboard and opening the ticket you want to see the notes in.
• You can delete all data we have stored about you by going to settings -> Delete Account. Archived data such as backups are stored for up to a year, and will not reflect changes in the live environment. This means that your data will still be kept for up to a year after account deletion.

4. CCPA Compliance

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with CCPA principles. You have the right to access, delete, or opt-out of the sale of your personal information.

• Please note that TicketCore Legacy does not meet the requirements to be affected by the CCPA, but will still honor it's regulations.
